- Tai Chi
We also offer the C.H.E.E.R. Program (Choices, Humor, Enhancement, Education and Renewal) to help women with chronic illnesses enhance their lives through humor.
Screenings are held throughout the year to check for conditions which can affect a woman's quality of life:
- Blood pressure
- Body composition analysis
- Chemical profile
- Coronary risk profile
- Glucose check
- Osteoporosis screening
- Stroke and heart disease
With these regular screenings, we can detect health problems early and reduce the pain and risk of these conditions in the future.
Our passion and concern for women's health extends beyond our campus and into the community. We feature a wide variety of ongoing education classes and screenings to help women stay healthy. Our Health Education Center is inside the hospital, on the main floor of the West Pavilion Tower.
