I was recently admitted onto the 3rd floor after being rushed to the Emergency Room last week on Wednesday, October 20th. I ended up staying in room 3395 from October 20 - 22nd, 2010 and had to have 3 blood transfusions. In that time, I had a wonderful night shift nurse, who took extremely thoughtful and diligent care of me. Unfortunately, I only know her name is Tracy K, and she worked the 11pm-7am shift on that Wednesday and Thursday evening. She is a great addition to your staff I have enclosed a card I would extremely appreciate if you would please pass on to her.
