This letter is in regards to a wonderful Hospice Nurse that you have working for your establishment. Her name is Kathy Cronin. My mother, Annette Bellheimer had passed away on August 11, 2009. Kathy is the most caring, gracious, kind and loving person that I have encountered. I believe that Kathy goes above and beyond to make the patient and their families as comfortable as possible. Kathy is truly an outstanding caregiver and I thank you with all my heart for sending her to take care of my mother. My family and I will never forget her. She'll always be remembered in our prayers.
