Dear Mr. Reilly,

In this day and age, I think people spend far too much time finding issue and not enough time recognizing something special. I'd like to take a minute to do just that...acknowledge some extraordinary employees you have on your staff.  My brother Terrence McNamara was a patient at Little Company of Mary Hospital from early October through early November this year. He spent the majority of his time in the ICU and I was truly amazed at the care provided to him by the entire staff. While there are too many individuals to mention in that department, suffice it to say my family knew he was being well-cared for by all the doctors (and there were many specialists on his case) and nurses who we knew had his best interest at heart.

 

However, I would like to single-out one particular individual who worked in the reception area - Erica Warren. Ms. Warren was a daily delight. She always knew us, always had our passes in her hand as we walked through those doors yet another time, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face. It was a long month for my family and there were many days the only time I felt like smiling myself was when I spoke to Erica. She
truly is a great 'people person'. Sadly, my brother passed away, but I'll always believe he received the best care available and I'll always remember Ms. Warren's smile.
