Celebrate the Heart of Women

Caring for someone with dementia is a true act of love and commitment. This morning of renewal provides insight into facing unique challenges with courage and grace. Join us in your favorite red outfit for our LCMH signature event for women.

The morning will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m., a special liturgy at 9 a.m., followed by brunch and keynote presentation “THE CARING HEART: Grace and Courage to Care for Loved Ones with Dementia” presented by Neuropsychologist Robert Heilbronner, Ph.D., and a panel of caregivers. Music will be provided by Mother McAuley Choir. $45 if registered by February 17th, $50 after; table of 8 for $320. Seating limited/reservation confirmed with payment. 1 CEU for RNs.

Celebrate the Heart of Women is an event that honors the spiritual side of women with a special liturgy while empowering women to make their own health a priority. This is an opportunity for you to pamper yourself and enjoy a morning of inspiration, motivation and rejuvenation. There will be a special liturgy and delicious brunch. Because February also is American Heart Month, a time to celebrate the gift of heart health and focus on ways to minimize risk for cardiovascular disease, women are encouraged to wear red to the event.
