Why did you decide to become a physician?

I love the field of medicine, especially surgery and I am inspired by my patients. Everyday brings new challenges and rewards and I feel truly blessed to do what I love to do...help women in their healthcare journey.

How do you maintain a healthy work/life balance?

My partners and I created Women's Health Care Center because we wanted to create a healthy balance between work and our personal lives. Our group developed a work schedule that allows physicians to provide excellent patient care while maintaining reasonable hours.  We are able to do this because we work together as a team! This philosophy has been embraced by our patients and families.

Special Interests/Hobbies:

I enjoy Pilates, yoga and dance. I love spending time with my family and reading.

How do you maintain a healthy work/life balance?

I have a career that I truly enjoy and I surround myself with people I love. It really doesn't get much better than that!

Special Interests/ Hobbies:

I love traveling out of the country, but my goal is to visit all of the United States National Parks. I enjoy anything involving the great outdoors.

Sub-specialties and health interests in regard to your patients:

Adolescent health has always been a passion of mine. I think that all patients should know at least the basics when it comes to how our bodies function. This education should begin in the adolescent years. I love to spend time educating patients and I pride myself in taking the time to answer their questions, so that they leave the office well informed.
