Manager of Health Promotion Services Eileen McNichols
Eileen has been a nurse for more than 30 years with experience in both maternal child and adult health. She also has experience in home health visits for adults and children. Eileen has a Master's Degree in nurse clinical leadership and many years experience providing health education to the community.
Eileen is committed to the idea that each of us is an expert on ourselves and that we have the strength to accomplish whatever health goals we decide are important to us. Eileen is a single mother who has raised 4 children. She is active in the women's organization and music ministry in her church and is a member of the Healthier Evergreen Committee in the Village of Evergreen Park.
Associated with Little Company of Mary Hospital for more than 30 years, Eileen has worked at other hospitals but believes that Little Company provides quality health care with a sense of compassion and dedication that is not found in other health care facilities.
Manager of Health Promotion Services, Eileen develops and presents special programs to community members to promote health and wellness. Her philosophy about personal health coaching is that it is a privilege to partner with someone and help them succeed in meeting their goals.
