  • Cover - Your cough and sneeze with a tissue or sleeve, not your hand.
  • Contain - Your germs. Stay home if you are sick.

Please note: For the safety of your family and loved ones as well as all of our families in our Family Birth Center, visitors may be limited during the flu season. If you have been exposed to flu-like symptoms, please refrain from visiting your loved ones until after your symptoms subside. If you are shown to have symptoms before entering the unit, you will not be allowed to enter. We thank you for your understanding to keep all of our patients healthy during the flu season.
