Visiting
Hours
Daily visiting
hours are between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We ask that visitors observe the
following policies:

Only two visitors per patient at any one time. Passes must be
obtained at the visitor information desk in the main lobby.

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in patient areas
unless approved by the patient's nurse.
Exceptions to the above visiting hours are:
Behavioral Health
Visiting hours are Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Thursday from
6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. to
8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Family Birth Center
Visiting hours are between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in our Mother/Baby
and Pediatric units. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the
patient areas. Sibling visits must be approved by the patient's nurse.

Parking
Parking is available for visitors in the
Hospital lots located at the northeast corner of 95th Street and California Avenue and
on the west side of California at 94th Street. Parking in the North lot along
the fence on the west side of California and in any of the numbered spaces
just north of the North Pavilion entrance are restricted for Outpatient
Services patients. There is also Outpatient parking from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in Northeast
lot B on the east side of California. Valet parking is available:

Mary Potter Physicians' Pavilion: Monday - Friday
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Main Entrance: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to
5:30 p.m.

North Pavilion: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.

Wireless Communications
Wireless phones are prohibited in the Intensive Care Units and should be
turned off in these areas. The same is true for any area or patient room where a
ban on wireless phones is posted. This is to avoid possible interference with
medical equipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Page
Little Company of Mary now offers a patient-centered communication
service called CarePages. CarePages are private secure Web pages created by
patients and family members. Easing communication tremendously with extended
family and friends, CarePages helps patients update others in 30 seconds, rather
than 30 phone calls. To access CarePages, click on the link of Little Company of
Mary's home page www.LCMH.org or visit www.carepages.com/chicagoland. Help is available for the CarePages by
contacting support@carepages.com or by calling 1.888.852.5521, Monday through
Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.

Interpreter Services
Sign language, interpreting services and other auxiliary aids are
available free of charge for hearing and speech impaired patients - as well as
those for whom English is not their primary language. The Pacific Interpreters
Company is available around the clock, everyday. Just ask our nurse for
assistance. Complaints may be directed to the nursing supervisor and the
Illinois Department of Public Health Hotline, 1.800.252.4343 or TTY

Cafeteria
Visitors are invited to dine in Café 95, the Hospital cafeteria located
on the main floor of the Tower Building. The cafeteria provides full food
service Monday - Friday, breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., lunch 11:00 a.m. -
2:00 p.m., and dinner 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Café 95 is open everyday providing
self-serve items from 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Food and beverage vending machines
also are available 24 hours a day in Café 95.

Hospital Chapel
All are invited to visit the Hospital Chapel located on the first floor
near the Business Office. The serenity of the Chapel can offer a peaceful
reprieve for those coping with the illness of a loved one. The Chapel is open
from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Masses are celebrated Monday through Friday at
3:30 p.m. All Chapel Services are televised on Patient TV Network Channel 4.

Little Company of Mary's Tobacco-Free Policy
Little Company of Mary maintains a tobacco-free environment. Tobacco use
is strictly prohibited on all Hospital property for all employees, visitors and
inpatients.

Even numbered addresses are on the north side of 95th Street, while odd
addresses are on the south side. Addresses lower than 2800 are east of the Hospital - if driving, take a
left onto 95th Street as you leave Little Company of Mary. Addresses higher than
2800 are west of the Hospital - if driving, take a right onto 95th Street as you
leave Little Company of Mary.
