Requires graduation from an approved school of physical therapy or accredited university. Must possess current physical therapy license in the State of Illinois. Must maintain CPR certification.Experience as a physical therapist in a hospital setting preferred. Practices physical therapy as defined by the Illinois Physical Therapy Act. Administers physical therapy upon referral by a licensed physician, dentist, advanced practice nurse, podiatrist, or physician assistant. A $25,000 sign on bonus is being offered with this position. |
