Hello, I am Carol Bayless, a long-term employee who has worked for Little Company of Mary for 27 years. I am the Physician and Community Service Advocate. My role is to serve as an advocate for extraordinary customer service for our physicians, their office staff and the community members who come here to receive health care.

I have served as manager for the Management Services Organization (MSO) that offers physician billing services for the past 13 years.  Prior to that, I brought physicians' offices new billing software and practice management techniques as Little Company of Mary's physician office coordinator for seven years.

I hope my vast experience with physician relations will serve Little Company of Mary well in helping to make it easier for physicians to recommend Little Company of Mary to their patients.
