Clinical Quality Coordinator

Requires a Registered Nurse with Bachelor's degree preferred.  Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.  CPR certification required.  3 - 5 years recent clinical experience, preferrably med/surg/ICU in an acute care setting required.  One year of experience in Quality Management to understand performance improvement principles and philospohies preferred.  Utlilizes nursing skills and knowledge of quality management in assuring appropriate care delivery. Conducts a variety of analyses on patient and hospital records to assess and monitor the plan of care for the patient in accordance with established evidenced based practice, pre-printed orders and best practice standards.  Knowledge of computer applications, i.e. spreadsheets, presentation software, statistic software and word processing.
